PE sewage corrugated pipes
HDPE corrugated pipes have the same use as PVC sewage pipes. They are much lighter than PVC pipes, which enables their easier handling and installation. In addition to this, they possess excellent resistance to aggressive environments and the surrounding ground. Laying and use of a HDPE pipeline is possible within the temperature range of between -40˚C and +60˚C.
The smooth inner surface is characterized by a low friction coefficient, resulting in excellent hydraulic qualities of the pipes. They are also highly resistant to abrasion and have excellent mechanical and physical qualities. The pipes are UV resistant, and can be exposed to weather conditions in the open air for up to one year, whereupon they ought to be protected until installation.
The connections are made using a socket fitting and a rubber ring, inserted into the third groove in between the ribs of the pipe, with the greased socket being pulled over the rubber onto the pipe. The pipes can be cut to dimension using a knife or a saw, and any shorter sections and parts can be used by proper jointing.
The installation of the pipes must be performed by an expert, taking into consideration the instructions for laying pipelines stipulated by the standard EN1610 i DIN4033
Material - HDPE. The pipes can be laid at the depths ranging from min. 0,8m to max. 8m. For any depths smaller than 0.8m, it is necessary to protect the pipes by providing a concrete cover. Firmness of ring: SN=4KN/m2. Standard lengths: 6 and 12m, Coil length: 50m and 100m. Color: the standard color is BLACK; other colors also possible in accordance with customers’ requirements.
The pipes are fully compliant with the SRPS-EN13476 standard.
